The Accommodations

With the public transport system constantly expanding, it’s easy to get from one side of the city to another! The following documents (1-4) need to be notarized and translated into English:
Birth certificate
Highest education qualification certificate
Academic transcripts for the highest education qualification
Bank Statement showing approximately SGD30,000
Passport-sized photographs (white background)
Photocopy of passport
The applicant’s education history (primary to the highest qualification)
The applicant’s employment history and records (if any)
Parents’ marriage/divorce certificate
Photocopies of identity cards of applicants’ parents and/or siblings
Photocopies of household cards of applicants’ parents and/or siblings
Letters of employment and current pay slips of applicants’ parents (at least the latest 3 months)
If parents are self-employed, please produce their business license.
If either one/both of the applicant’s parents is/are Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents, additional documents are required.
Parents’ Singapore NRIC/Re-entry permit
Parents’ letter of employment – The letter should state clearly the date of commencement, designation, and monthly salary. If parents are self-employed, please provide the business registration certificate.
Parents’ CPF contributions history for the last 12 months
If the applicant’s spouse is a Singapore citizen or Si ngapore permanent resident, additional documents are required.
Spouse’s Singapore NRIC/Re-entry permit
Spouse’s letter of employment – The letter should state clearly the date of commencement, designation, and monthly salary.
If spouse is self-employed, please provide the business registration certificate.
Spouse’s CPF contributions history for the last 12 months
