Application Fee 350 Baht (Non-Refundable)
- Interview in order to screen applicant’s English Skills
Registration Fee with Worantex 3,000 Baht (Non-Refundable)
- Service to find Work and Travel guide book
- Service to prepare the J-1 application
- Orientation day before going to America for Work and travel Program
- Other services while during the Work and Travel program period time
Program Fee 37,000 Baht (Refundable)
- Participation fee and reservation of the working place
- Delivery of all document to USA
- Intl. organizations coordination
- DS-2019 application
- Health insurance
- Placement Fee
- Housing placement (not include housing fee)
Sevie Fee 1,200 Baht
Visa Fee 5,500 Baht
- Annual Fee to embassy such as for booking interview day, Pin and envelope
Additional Fee 2,000 Baht (not include ticket)
- For customer who attend to Work and Travel Program than require Worantex help to find a cheaper ticket
Personal expense for facilities fee approximately around $500-1,000
Traveling expense after finish Work and Travel Program
New document DS-2019 fee if its lose
Payment Information
*Note – Payment should be done within 7days after interview with the embassy or interview with international organization. If the customer does not pay the 2 step participant in Work and travel Program
How to pay?
1. Worantex SCB Bill Payment
You can download the payment form from website www.worantex.com and then use this payment form at every Siam Commercial Bank branch without any fee payment
2. Transfer to Worantex account
You can pay the application fee, registration fee, program fee, SEVIS fee and additional fee to Worantex from every public bank
3. Credit Card
Worantex was inviting the customer who wants to pay the application fee, registration fee, program fee, SEVIS fee and Additional with credit card. Also invite VISA and Master Card.
*Note – Payment with Credit Card must follow Worantex condition
*Note – Worantex reserves the right to refuse the refund of the registration (350 THB) and Additional Service for any reasons.
Refunds:
For the customer who require to cancel to join Work and travel Program with Worantex after making DS-2019 document can refundable around 650 USD
For the customer who require to cancel after VISA was approve can’t refundable from any reason
For the customer who not pass the VISA interview from the embassy can refundable around 650 USD
For the customer who cancel to join Work and Travel with Worantex from any reason can’t refundable
First round
- Additional service for sent all document to consider the documents (DS-2019), payment fee after interview with Worantex
Second round
- Registration fee around 1,000 USD you can pay after interview with international organization or before DS-2019 form information around October to December
Third round
- Sevis fee 1,200 Baht
- File for J-1 fee approximately 5,500 Baht charge before VISA file for between Octobers to December every year
Housing deposit
Booking ticket around 2,000 between October to December in every year
Payment airline ticket within 7 day after your VISA is pass from embassy
